Property management

Owner conversations that fit the properties you manage.

We research owners and ownership groups, manage outreach and follow-up, and arrange qualified conversations about management, lease-up and portfolio services.

Who this is for

Built around the work
you want to win.

For third-party property managers seeking owners, developers, asset managers or association decision-makers. The target is a management client, not a renter.

01

Ongoing management

Reach ownership groups whose properties match your operating model and service capacity.

02

New developments & lease-up

Establish the developer, expected stage and responsibility for selecting management.

03

Association & portfolio services

Define the board authority, property mix and contract profile worth pursuing.

An illustrative conversation

What the handoff
could look like.

An example of the scope we would agree, rather than a client result or a live opportunity.

An authorized owner of a rental portfolio in your territory is open to discussing ongoing management. The property type, portfolio size and timing match the criteria agreed with your team.

Example only. Actual criteria are agreed with your team.

How the work happens

From a clear brief
to a relevant discussion.

  1. 01

    Define a worthwhile account

Agree geography, asset type, size, timing and existing-account exclusions.

  2. 02

    Map the ownership route

Research the property and the person who can appoint a manager.

  3. 03

    Manage the conversation

Reach out, follow up and confirm interest in the relevant service.

  4. 04

    Hand over the context

Coordinate a discussion with the owner and share qualification notes.

Your expertise.
Your decision.

Your team evaluates the property, quotes the work, presents the management agreement and closes the relationship.

Before we begin

A few practical
questions.

Do you assume a vacancy means an owner needs a manager?

No. Listings and vacancies can guide research but do not prove dissatisfaction or interest. We ask.

Is this only for single-family rentals?

No. The scope can include multifamily, BTR, associations or portfolios where those match your services.

What if we only want larger accounts?

Set the property, unit-count and contract-value criteria before the work begins. Small one-off opportunities can be excluded.
